Brownies Disco
The charity disco was a massive success. It was very busy; flocked with eager dancing Brownies and helpful adults.
There was a raffle, ticket draw, refreshments, seating area, a massive dance floor and a great DJ.
It felt really good knowing everyone was having fun and the fact it was a very good cause made me feel good too.
I knew Maddie well; she was one of my best friends and I know she was up there on that night, smiling down on all of us, glad of what we were doing for her.
I also know that she would have enjoyed that disco as much as I did and I really wished she was there.

We have received a cheque for £158.26 from Sleaford Division of Brownies of which Maddie was a member. They held a disco to raise money for Sports Aid and Maddison Bignall Trust. The cheque was for half the amount raised.
Thank you to Liza who forwarded the cheque to the Trust.
Liza will ask the Brownies if they have any suggestions as to where they would like to see the money go, we will aim to help some children within the age range of a Brownie.
